A reusable two-pole conductive silicone ear clip electrode developed for taVNS and tVNS device manufacturers that need a compact auricular contact, integrated cable and device-specific connector. Goochain can supply the standard configuration or review changes to contact geometry, cable length, cable jacket, connector and packaging for a custom project.
|
Compatibility Note Compatibility depends on connector, pinout, polarity, electrical output, mechanical fit and the device manufacturer’s validation. Goochain does not claim universal compatibility with third-party devices. |

The bipolar contact arrangement places two conductive silicone contact surfaces within the ear-clip structure. Contact spacing, usable surface, pressure and alignment should be evaluated together with the device output and intended ear position.
Cable movement can apply torque to a small wearable electrode. The cable exit direction, conductor construction, jacket flexibility and strain relief should therefore be selected as a system. Goochain can review cable length and exit requirements around the intended use and packaging route.
The connector must match more than the visible socket shape. Pinout, polarity, conductor assignment, mechanical insertion, retention and device output all require review. A USB-C-shaped connector does not by itself indicate USB protocol or compatibility with a consumer charging port.

Goochain's medical accessory manufacturing is supported by ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management systems. Project documentation can be aligned with agreed customer requirements, including drawings, material records, inspection points, traceability and sample approval.
Depending on the project, relevant checks may include dimensions, visual workmanship, cable continuity, connector retention, repeated flexing, contact consistency, cleaning exposure, packaging and representative fit evaluation. Test methods and acceptance criteria should be defined for the final device and intended use.

Applications
No. Connector shape alone is not sufficient. Pinout, polarity, electrical output, contact arrangement and mechanical fit must be matched and validated for the target device.
Yes. Goochain can review 3.5 mm, USB-C form factors and other project-specific interfaces. Please provide the mating connector or drawing, pinout and electrical requirements.
Yes. The typical configuration uses a 1.2 m cable, but project-specific length, jacket, color and exit requirements can be evaluated.
Yes, subject to the target ear position, mechanical envelope, tooling, material and validation requirements. A custom configuration may require a development project.
Send the target ear position, connector and pinout, output parameters, cable length, estimated prototype and annual volume, target market, packaging and required quality documents.

Request a Drawing, Sample or Custom Review Tell Goochain how the electrode connects to your device, where it must sit on the ear and how the cable will be used. We will confirm whether an existing configuration can be sampled or a custom development route is more appropriate. |
Keep required fields minimal. Attach drawings/photos for accurate quoting.
Tip: A simple installation photo often saves 2–3 rounds of questions.
Quotation 1–2 days; development 15–20 days; mass production 20–25 days (project dependent).
Yes. Reference sample + requirements helps confirm drawings and test plan.
Depends on materials and complexity. We support prototypes and scalable mass production.
